Price match rules

Most of the stores we check will match or beat a lower price from another Australian store, if the deal fits their rules. Here's a plain-English summary of each policy, so you know when it's worth asking. Checked on 24 Oct 2026.

Please read first. Bunker Bargains is not affiliated with any of these stores or their price-match programs. Each store decides whether a request qualifies, and policies can change without notice. We never submit price-match claims for you. Check the store's current terms before you rely on them.

Drummond Golf: Price Beat Guarantee

• What it says: Drummond says it will beat a lower advertised price from an authorised Australian retailer. It doesn't say by how much.

• Who counts: authorised Australian retailers with a physical presence in Australia, online or in store.

• The other store's price must include delivery, be shown on their website, and they must have stock on hand. The item must be identical: same brand, model, year and specs.

• Not covered: closing-down sales. It can't be combined with other offers or discounts, and interest-free terms don't apply.

• Clearance prices aren't excluded in Drummond's wording, which is why most of our tips mention Drummond.

• How to ask: use the request form on Drummond's page or ask in store before you buy, with a link to the other store's listing.

House of Golf: Best Offer

• What it says: House of Golf says it will beat a lower price from an authorised Australian retailer. It may accept your request or make a counter-offer.

• Not covered: House of Golf products that are already on sale, or during its sale periods. Its terms also exclude other stores' clearance, end-of-line, ex-demo, display or second-hand prices, eBay and classifieds, parallel importers, coupon or loyalty prices, and out-of-stock items.

• In practice: most deals on our site are sale or clearance prices, so House of Golf's Best Offer usually won't apply to them.

• How to ask: the "Best Offer" button on the House of Golf product page (paste the other store's link). An accepted offer must be completed within 48 hours.

On Course Golf: price match

• What it says: On Course says it will match advertised prices from Australian retailers, online or in store.

• The item must be new, factory sealed, with an Australian manufacturer's warranty, and in stock for immediate shipping.

• Not covered: clearance sales, stock liquidations, marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Gumtree), overseas sites, coupons, bonus or cashback offers, and price errors. Delivery fees aren't matched.

• How to ask: contact the On Course pro shop. They may ask for a link or photo of the other price and take a little time to check it.

Stores we don't list

How our tips work

A card shows a price match tip only when all of these are true:

• We've matched the same model at two of the stores we check (same condition and, for clubs and gloves, the same hand), and both are new.

• The prices differ by at least $2, both stores showed it in stock, and both prices are from checks in the last 24 hours. The tip disappears after that.

• The cheaper price isn't below that store's free-delivery threshold, because delivery counts toward the price to beat.

• The other store's written rules don't rule it out.

Even then, colour and size can differ between stores, so check that it's the identical item. Take a link or screenshot of the other store's listing, not our page. A tip is a pointer, not a promise: the store decides.

Summary checked against each store's own page on 24 Oct 2026. We quote only short parts of each policy. The store's own terms always apply.
